Return Policy:
As per the company policy, Heka Bites does not accept returns of its products under any conditions. However, it offers replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Please reach out at wecare@hekabites.com with the subject line “Replacement request - Order ID/Number”. Replacement orders are processed immediately after acknowledgment and verification of customer complaints, by its team.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to Heka Bites at wecare@hekabites.com with the subject line “Cancel Order- Order ID/ Number”. Once the process of your refund has been initiated, the amount shall be credited within 15 business days. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account.
