Granola balls are simple, soft, chewy, nutty and a healthy delightful desert which is super easy to make!

Filled with wholesome nuts and our desi Indian touch here is a delicious and exciting no-bake granola balls recipe!

INGRIDIENTS

  1. 1.5 cup - Oats
  2. ½ cup – Puffed rice
  3. ½ cup - Jaggery
  4. ¼ cup – Peanut butter
  5. 1 cup – Dates
  6. ¼ tbsp – Roughly chopped almonds
  7. 1.5 tbsp - Pumpkin seeds
  8. 1 tbsp – Flax seeds
  9. ¼ tsp – Salt

PROCEDURE

  1. In a blender add dates and blend it to a fine paste, keep it aside.
  2. In a pan on medium-high flame, add oats and dry roast it (continue to stir) until golden brown, keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add puffed rice, and dry roast it (continue to stir) for 5 minutes, keep it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and almonds and dry roast them (continue to stir) for 5 minutes, keep it aside.
  5. In the same pan, add jaggery and peanut butter mix them together and continue to stir and combine, until it begins to leave the pan.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, add jaggery peanut-butter mix, blended dates, roasted oats, puffed rice, seeds and nuts and salt and combine everything thoroughly until properly mixed.
  7. Refrigerate the mixture for 20-30 mins, until firm.
  8. Roll the mixture into small-medium sized balls and serve or keep it in the refrigerator and serve it chilled!
